A room is any standard living space up to 200 square feet — bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, and family rooms all count as one room each. Hallways, closets, and staircases are priced separately. If you're not sure, just ask us when you call and we'll help you figure out exactly what you need.

We clean all open, accessible areas but do not move furniture. We'll clean right up to and around any furniture in place. For the best results, we recommend clearing the areas you'd like cleaned before we arrive — but it's not required.

Dry times typically range from 4 to 48 hours depending on the carpet type, thickness, and weather conditions. Arizona's dry climate usually means faster drying times. Opening windows or running fans can help speed things up considerably.

Just clear the areas you want cleaned of any small items, toys, or breakables. We also recommend doing a quick vacuum of the areas before we arrive — this removes loose surface debris and allows our equipment to focus on the deep-down dirt where it really counts. If you have pets, please secure them before our arrival. That's really all there is to it — we handle everything else from there.

Yes! Area rugs can be cleaned in place as part of your service. Just let us know when you book and we'll make sure to include them.
